General terms and conditions
General
these conditions underly the supplies of the company H2O-Systems within the sales range. Contained within this range are all goods and services. Deviating conditions or verbal arrangements require a written agreement.
Payment & time for payment
the payment of the invoices understand themselves with immediate effect and without cash discount, unless not explicitly stated on the invoice.
Documents
all contained general information conducted by H20- Systems regarding weights, metrics, prices, technical data etc are obligatory. However only if explicitly refered to on the confirmation.
Guarantee & warranty
the guarantee occurs under legal provisions. In case of defect we are willing to deliver in addition or repair the product. If the remedy fails or if the additional delivery should be imperfect you can either return the product and claim for a refund of the full purchase price or you can keep the product and reduce the purchase price. The legal period for the assertion of warranty claims for movable objects is 24 months; starting from the delivery. If we repair, or renew a component we offer a new warranty of 6 months. The warranty is only valid for the first time buyer.
The warranty contains all parts which show material damage and processing damage. Exempt from the warranty are membrane, filters, seals and all kind of wastage through heat and age subjected components.
The warranty voids if there are any misapplications, insufficient regular maintenance, misuse or modifications made to the product.
H2O- Systems assumes no liability in any kind of damages caused by water.
